Each roaster is custom-made in the USA and takes 2–3 weeks to build before it ships. Transit is typically another 3–7 business days. If you need it by a specific date — say, before your chile arrives — let us know before you order and we'll tell you whether we can hit it. A roaster is heavy — about 22 pounds plus the box and a 5-foot propane hose — so it ships at a freight rate, not a small-package rate. We pass through the carrier's actual cost; we don't mark shipping up.

Carrier rates change a few times a year, and the rate also depends on what's in the order. A roaster on its own ships at one rate; a roaster bundled with a chile order can ship at a different rate because of the combined weight and box count.
Can I choose the delivery date?
Not directly, but here's the timing: each roaster is custom-made and takes 2–3 weeks to build before it ships. Once it leaves us, transit is usually 3–7 business days depending on where you are. If you need it by a specific date, email us before ordering and we'll tell you whether we can hit it.
